CordSavings meets strict quality assurance system. The Company is required to report such activities to the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) in Switzerland.
The company is inspected at least every 2 years by the Swiss monitoring Agency for Therapeutic Products, Swissmedic.
Swissmedic is Switzerland's agency for the authorisation and supervision of therapeutic products (medicinal products and medical devices). They fulfill their legal mandate and work with partner authorities on a national and international basis by the FOPH for control, inspection and compliance with rules.

CordSavings was officially accredited by the Federal Office of Public Health by decision of 18 December 2014.

Two years after its creation in July 2012, CordSavings has been inspected by Swissmedic. In their report of September 22nd 2014, Swissmedic underlines the professional competence shown by CordSavings at a recent inspection (June 25th 2014):
